Andrea Anders
Anders was born in Madison, Wisconsin, and lived within DeForest, Wisconsin, but she now lives with her family in Los Angeles. The school she attended earned her a diploma. DeForest Area High in DeForest in 1993. In 1997, she received a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. In 2001, she earned a Masters of Fine Arts at Rutgers University. Anders had a romance to Matt LeBlanc (whom she met at the set of Joey) and her co-star from the cancelled show. Sean Anders directs her (Sex Drive, Never Thawed). The year 2001 was the time Anders started her professional career in the theatre. She was an understudy for Mary Louise Parker for the Broadway production Proof. She also played Elaine Robinson later in The Graduate. Additionally, she was in On the Jump on the Arena Stage and New Doors at the Guthrie Theater. The actress was also seen in two New York Stage & Film Productions, Cold/Tender as well as New World Rhapsody. Anders began in May 2007 in her first Geffen Playhouse production of Fat Pig. Fat Pig was closed by July 1st 2007. The character she played was Jeannie who was an accountant. Anders made her debut in a commercial for television on Dannon in the late 1990s. In the year in the year. Anders is most notable for her work on Joey (as lawyer Alex Garrett) and The Class as Nicole Allen (nee Campbell) who was the ex-wife of a football player. Anders appeared in each episode of the two series however neither of them was renewed. Anders appeared as a guest for One Life to Live. Law & Order. The Guiding Light. and Tru Calling. Anders was featured in five episodes on the HBO drama series Oz in 2003 as Donna Degenhart in 2003, she also made a small appearance in the 2004 movie The Stepford Wives, playing the part of Heather, and the 2008 movie Sex Drive as Brandy. Anders was as a character in Numb3rs (2008). Anders was also a part of two TV pilots that did not succeed. Spellbound was one of them, as was News To Me another. Anders has been cast most recently in Better Off Ted. It is an ABC single-camera comedy about the work-related environment, written by Victor Fresco.
